This page explains what data جمبري الشرقاوي collects, why, who sees it, and your choices.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address when needed (and your map location if you pick it), email if you give it, and your order details and notes. Card details are entered only with a licensed payment company; we never see or store them.

If you type your name and phone at checkout but don't finish, we keep them with your cart for up to two weeks and may contact you to help you complete the order. If you turn on browser notifications on the order tracking page, we use them only to send you your order's status.

Why

To fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about it and send you its status, and to protect the shop from fake orders. No marketing messages without your consent.

Who sees it

Our team, the courier (only the delivery details it needs), the payment company when you pay online, and the ezisite platform that runs this website. ezisite stores and processes the data only on our behalf, with its hosting, email and notification providers, some of them outside Egypt. We never sell your data.

The site uses only cookies needed to sign you in to your account. Visits are counted as totals, with nothing that identifies you.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and booking records as long as accounting, warranty and legal duties require.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) you may ask to see and get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it (except what the law requires us to keep), and stop any messages you agreed to. Contact us using the details on our contact page. If we can't resolve it, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Center.
